The project consisted of demolition and removal of asbestos of 2 properties, converted and divided into 8 new luxury dwellings comprising of high level finishes. The architectural design featured curved façades with a mixture of rendered, painted brickwork and weatherboard elements.

The striking buildings are constructed in an L formation to maximise the common areas, living areas, private courtyards and balconies.
